This is placeholder wording for a demonstration website. It describes what the template actually does today. It is not legal advice and must be replaced with a notice drafted for your organisation and jurisdiction.
What this site stores
The site has no user accounts. Two things are stored in your browser's local storage only: the list of properties you have saved, and, while no enquiry service is configured, the contents of enquiry forms you submit as a demonstration. The template itself does not transmit them to Aurel Estates or any third party.
Third-party requests
Photographs are loaded from the Unsplash image service, which receives standard request information such as your IP address.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the same kind of request information.
No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts are included by the template.
If an enquiry service is configured
When the site owner connects a form endpoint, the information you enter in an enquiry form is sent to that service. The owner must describe here who receives it, why, how long it is kept and how to request deletion.
Your choices
You can clear saved properties from the Saved page or by clearing site data in your browser. Contact details for privacy requests should be listed here once the site is live.
