Can't find what you need? A move planner will answer in plain English — usually within the hour.
How do you work out a fixed price?
We look at your rooms and larger items, the access at both ends (stairs, lifts, parking) and the distance. That price is locked unless your inventory changes significantly.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes. Every move includes liability cover and full-value protection up to $10,000 at no extra cost. You can add cover for high-value pieces when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for end-of-month dates. Midweek moves are often available within a few days — the header always shows our next free crew.
Can you store things between moves?
Yes. Full Pack includes 30 days of storage, and units start at $59 a month after that. We collect, store and deliver on the date you choose.
Is there anything you won't move?
Hazardous materials, perishable food, cash and important documents. Keep those with you on the day — we'll send a short checklist when you book.
