Is there a contract length?
Plans run month to month after a 12-month minimum. After that you can cancel, pause or buy your system out whenever you like.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Most Sunroof customers add a battery within two years. We credit what you've paid toward the upgrade.
What affects my exact price?
Roof size and direction, how much energy your home uses, and local incentives. Your advisor shows every assumption in your quote.
Do I keep the incentives and credits?
Any export credits from your utility go straight to you. We claim install-related incentives on your behalf and pass the savings into your fee.
How do I buy my system out?
Ask in the app at any time. The buyout price drops every year and is printed in your agreement, so there are no surprises.
