Is Dayward really free?
Yes. The Free plan keeps three active habits, reminders and streaks forever. Plus adds unlimited habits and Smart Assist.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak bends instead of breaking. You get two rest days a week, and a missed day only counts once you miss three in a row.
Does it work with my health apps?
Dayward reads steps, workouts and sleep from Apple Health and Health Connect so movement habits can tick themselves off.
Where is my data stored?
Habits sync with end-to-end encryption. We never sell personal data, and you can export or delete everything from settings.
Can I use it with my family?
The Family plan covers five people with private accounts and optional shared goals like water or screen-free evenings.
How does Smart Assist work?
It looks at when you check in and what you skip, then suggests small changes: a new time, a smaller version, or a pause.
