Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades start straight away and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Your notes are never touched.
What happens when the Plus trial ends?
You choose. Add a payment method to keep Plus, or do nothing and move to the Free plan with everything you saved still there.
Do you offer student or non-profit pricing?
Yes. Students, teachers and registered non-profits get Plus at half price. Write to us from your school or organisation email to set it up.
What counts as a note on the Free plan?
Each capture is one note: a clip, a highlight, a voice memo or something you typed. Archived notes still count; deleted ones do not.
