Can I return something I've opened?
Yes. Within 30 days, opened or not, for a full refund to the original payment method. Hygiene items like earbud tips are swapped for new ones at our cost.
How does the 14-day price match work?
Show us the same item, new and in stock, cheaper at a major national retailer within 14 days of purchase. We refund the difference — marketplace sellers and flash sales excluded.
What do I need for a warranty claim?
Just the device and your order number or the card you paid with — we can look the rest up. Box and accessories are nice to have, not required.
What happens to the data on my trade-in?
We run a certified wipe at the counter while you watch and give you a printed wipe certificate. Devices that can't be wiped are physically shredded.
Do you supply businesses?
Yes — from five headsets to fifty phones. Business accounts get 30-day invoicing, a named contact and next-day swap-outs. Choose “Business & bulk orders” on the contact form.
