When will my bike arrive?
Within 48 hours in the areas we cover. We call after you order to agree a time slot.
Can I return it?
Yes. Within seven days of delivery we collect the bike and refund you in full.
What does the warranty cover?
Frame, motor and battery for two years. Tyres, pads and other wear parts are covered by care plans.
Do I need a care plan?
No. Every bike gets a free first service. A plan adds doorstep servicing and repairs for the year.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, no-cost EMI over 3, 6 or 12 months is available on most major cards at checkout.
Do I need a licence or registration?
No. Our bikes are 250 W pedal-assist with a 25 km/h limit, the category that needs neither.
