Overview
A contemporary family home shaped around daylight, a planted edge and rooms that flex between gathering and retreat.
House of Light takes its name from the east-facing clerestory that runs the length of the ground floor, washing the living and dining rooms with morning sun while keeping the afternoon heat out.
A study at the entrance doubles as a home office with its own door, and a deck off the family room steps down to a lawn. The plan keeps bedrooms to the quieter rear of the plot.
