Overview
A quiet, courtyard-led home where stone, timber and generous glazing make a measured connection between indoors and out.
The Courtyard House is organised around a planted central court that brings light and air into every principal room. Living, dining and kitchen open onto it through full-height sliding screens, so the ground floor reads as one continuous space in good weather and a sequence of sheltered rooms in the monsoon.
Upstairs, four bedrooms share a timber-lined gallery that overlooks the court. The principal suite has a private terrace facing the garden. Materials are deliberately few: honed Kota stone, teak, lime-washed walls and black steel.
