Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. Up to five people can use Starter for as long as they like, with three active projects. Upgrade only when you need forecasts, workload or more projects.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. Monthly billing is $12 per person on Team and $22 on Business. Yearly billing saves about 17%, and you can switch at any time.
How do we move our existing projects in?
Import from CSV or connect your current tool and Cairn maps tasks, owners, dates and comments. Business customers get a guided migration with our team.
Do clients and guests count as paid seats?
No. Guests can view and comment on the projects you share with them at no cost. They become paid seats only if you give them edit access across the workspace.
Where is our data stored?
In encrypted data centres in the EU or the US — you choose when you create the workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily.
