Questions we hear over the fence
Can't find what you're after? Our office team answers the phone themselves, Monday to Saturday.
Do I need to be home when you visit?
No. Most clients give us gate access once and we take it from there. You'll get a message when we arrive and photos when we leave.
What happens if it rains on my visit day?
Light rain is fine for most jobs. If the ground is too wet to mow without damage, we move you to the next dry day and let you know by text.
Do you take the green waste away?
Always. Clippings, leaves and prunings leave with us and go to a local composting facility. It's included in every price.
Are you insured, and are the products safe for pets?
Yes on both. Every crew carries public liability cover, and we default to pet- and child-safe feeds and treatments unless you ask otherwise.
Can I pause my plan while I'm away?
Pause for up to eight weeks a year at no cost, or keep visits going so you come home to a tidy garden. Just tell us a week ahead.
