The small print, in plain words
No lock-in contracts and no surprise invoices. If something isn't covered, we'll tell you the price before we start.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans run month to month. Give us 30 days' notice to cancel, or switch plans whenever your garden's needs change.
How is the monthly price worked out?
We total a year of visits and seasonal jobs for your garden, then split it into twelve equal payments. Busy summer months cost the same as quiet winter ones.
Can I add one-off jobs to a plan?
Yes. Plan members get 15% off add-ons like tree work, new borders or irrigation installs, quoted in writing before we book them in.
What if I'm not happy with a visit?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back to put it right, free. That's our Fieldkeep promise on every visit.
