Who counts as a member?
Anyone who owns a stage, builds flows or administers the workspace. People who only submit requests or approve from a link are free and unlimited on every plan.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and cost 20% less than paying monthly. The per-member price shown with Annual selected is the monthly equivalent.
What happens if we go over our automation runs?
Nothing stops. We'll let you know when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly runs, and you can upgrade or add a run pack. We don't charge overages without asking.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export your data.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
This template doesn't define one. If your product does, describe it here and link to the eligibility details.
