How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm leave the studio the same day. Tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days; express next-day is available at checkout. (Demo store — no orders are shipped.)
What is your returns policy?
Return anything within 30 days, opened or unopened, for a full refund or exchange. We cover the return label.
Are your formulas suitable for sensitive skin?
Every formula is fragrance-free or naturally scented below 0.2%, and patch-tested by an independent panel. If you are unsure, ask us for samples first.
How does refill & return work?
Rinse your empty glass, pop it in the returns envelope that came with your order, and we will send a 10% code once it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia. Duties are shown before you pay, never after.
