Your first visit
What happens in the chair.
Every appointment follows the same four steps, so you always know where you are and what you’re paying for.

Consult
Fifteen minutes on your hair history, your routine and the look you want, before anything is cut or mixed.

Wash
A slow wash and scalp massage at a reclining basin, with products chosen for your hair type.

Cut or colour
Your stylist talks you through each step as they go, so there are no surprises at the mirror.

Finish
A blow-dry and a two-minute lesson in styling it yourself, plus notes on when to come back.

Six people who love a good consultation.
Each stylist has a speciality — curls, colour correction, short cuts, barbering — and every one of them trained with us before taking clients. Book by name, or let us match you.

Questions
Before you book.
The questions we answer most at the front desk. Anything else, give us a call.
Do I need a patch test before colour?
Yes, if it’s your first colour with us or it’s been more than six months. It takes five minutes at the front desk, at least 48 hours before your appointment, and it’s free.
How long will my appointment take?
A cut and finish is 45 to 75 minutes. Colour ranges from one hour for a gloss to three and a half hours for a full balayage. Every service on our menu lists its time.
Do you cut curly and textured hair?
Every day. Two of our stylists specialise in dry cutting curls and coils. Arrive with your hair dry and styled as you normally wear it, so we can see your pattern.
What if I’m running late or need to cancel?
Call us and we’ll do our best to fit you in. Cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours ahead at no charge; later than that, we charge 50% of the booked service.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — any amount, in the studio or by phone. They’re valid for a year and can be used on any service or product.
