Our story
It started with one chair and a long waiting list.
Ava opened Marlow in 2017 after a decade in busy city salons, where twenty-minute cuts and upsold treatments were the norm. She wanted the opposite: time to listen, honest advice and prices people could read before they sat down.
Today the team is six stylists who trained here, share what they learn and keep their own client books. We still cap the day at six chairs, so nobody is ever rushed out of the door.

We book generous slots and never double-book a chair, so your stylist’s attention stays with you.

If a look won’t suit your hair or your routine, we’ll say so and suggest something that will.

Vegan, ammonia-free colour and refillable care products. We recycle foils, colour tubes and even cut hair.

New clients get a free 15-minute consultation with every first booking. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll match you with the right stylist.
Hair notes, once a month.
Openings with your favourite stylist, seasonal colour ideas and the odd care tip. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
