Founders and owners

The whole business on one screen.

Balances, commitments and spending across every account, so you can make decisions without asking for a spreadsheet first.

One view of the business

Balances, commitments and runway inputs in one place instead of several logins.

Control without bottlenecks

Set the rules once so the team can spend without asking every time.

Less time on admin

Fewer receipts to chase and fewer payment requests in your inbox.

03
Finance managers and controllers

Cleaner records, fewer chases.

Transactions arrive with their category, receipt and approver attached, so month-end is about checking, not collecting.

Simpler reconciliation

Matched payments and consistent categories make month-end checks easier.

Permissions that fit roles

Decide who can view, request, approve and pay.
04
Operations teams

Spend within clear rules, without waiting.

Teams get the cards and budgets they need, and every request shows who has to approve it and when it will be paid.

Cards for real work

Virtual cards for tools, physical cards for travel, each with its own limit.

Requests that move

Submit a request and see who needs to approve it and when it will be paid.

Fewer surprises

See remaining budget before you spend, not after.

Reporting and cash flow

Answers before the report.

Cash flow, budgets and team spending are visible to the people who own them, so questions get answered without a new export.

Cash flow over time

Money in and out by week or month, with the detail behind each bar.

Budget tracking

Each team's spend against its budget, visible to the people who own it.

Questions answered faster

Ask the assistant for a summary before building a report.

Multi-account businesses

Several accounts, one way of working.

For businesses with accounts in more than one currency or region: one list of balances, one approval process and one record of payouts.

Accounts side by side

Each account and currency in one list, with a combined view on top.

Transfers between accounts

Move money between your own accounts as part of the same workflow.

Payouts in local currency

Pay international recipients in the currency they invoice in.

We read every message

Still have questions?

Send us a note about your team and what you would like to see.

We are a small team. Is this too much?

The workspace is designed to start small: one account, a few cards and simple rules, then add budgets and approvals as the team grows.

Can finance and operations share the same workspace?

Yes, by design. Spaces group money, cards and approvals by team while finance keeps a full view across them.

Do you publish customer results?

Not yet. This site does not include customer results or case studies. They will only appear once they are real and approved.

Can we use it across several entities?

Multi-account and multi-currency workflows are part of the concept. Multi-entity support has not been confirmed.
