01 — Our kitchen

Ingredients first,
then the recipe.

Our menu starts at the market, not on a spreadsheet. Tomatoes come from a family farm an hour away, the flour is stone-milled, and anything we can make in-house — pasta, bread, sauces, gelato — we make.
That means the specials board changes with the weather, and a few favourites sell out by nine.

05 — Guest notes

Kind words from
our regulars

Notes guests left with their bill. Sample reviews — replace them with your own.
We came for the carbonara and stayed for dessert, coffee and a second bottle. It feels like eating at a friend's place — if your friend could really cook.

The charcoal ribeye is the best steak I've had in town, and they actually ask how you'd like it.
