When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same working day. Delivery in the contiguous US takes 2–4 days; international orders take 5–9.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Start a return from the contact form and we email a prepaid label. Refunds land within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
Do you offer education or rental pricing?
Yes — schools, universities and rental houses get tiered pricing from five units. Choose “Ordering or bulk pricing” on the contact form.
Can I upgrade from Body to a kit later?
Every accessory is sold separately, and kit owners get 10% off add-ons for a year. Your warranty starts from the original purchase date.
