FAQ
Before you call.
The questions we hear on almost every first visit. Anything else, ask us directly.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. Once you sign off the drawings, the price only changes if you change the brief — and every change is priced in writing before we do it. Hidden structural issues are covered by a contingency we agree with you upfront.
How far ahead are you booked?
Home visits are usually within ten days. Build slots open roughly eight to twelve weeks out, and we hold your date as soon as the deposit is in.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
For most single-room projects, yes. We seal off the work area, keep one bathroom working and plan noisy days around you. For whole-house refits we phase the work or help you find short-term rental.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Always. Our drawings are prepared for permit from the start, we submit them for you and we book and attend every inspection.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
All of our own workmanship — structure, joinery, tiling, plastering and fitting — for ten years from handover. Appliances and fixtures carry their makers' warranties, which we register for you.
