A weekly pipeline review that takes thirty minutes, not three hours

Review the exceptions, not every deal. A simple agenda for keeping the pipeline honest without turning it into a status meeting.
Rove editorial team
Pipeline reviews get long when they walk through every open deal. They get useful when they focus on the few deals where the next step is missing, overdue or unclear.

Filter before you meet

Prepare three short lists: deals without a next step, deals whose next step is overdue, and deals that have not changed stage in longer than is normal for that stage. Most weeks, that is fewer than ten deals.
Everything else is moving and does not need the room's attention. Owners can update those records on their own time.
The goal of a pipeline review is a next step on every deal, not a story about every deal.

End with owners and dates

For each exception, agree one action, one owner and one date before moving on. Record it on the deal during the meeting rather than afterwards.
Track how many exceptions you see each week. A falling number is the clearest sign that the pipeline is becoming easier to trust.

Get started today and move every customer forward

Start with one team and one workflow. Most teams import their records and run their first automation in an afternoon.
