Our approach

Slow medicine, on purpose.

Prevention needs the whole picture, a doctor who remembers it, and time to explain what it means.
Three principles

The rules every appointment follows.

01

Time is the treatment.

Sixty minutes for a first appointment and thirty for follow-ups. Most of what goes wrong in medicine starts with someone being rushed.

02

One doctor who knows you.

You choose a named GP who sees you every time. Small changes are easier to notice when the same person is looking.

03

Tests that earn their place.

We order a test when the result would change what we do. More results are not the same as more care.
The difference

A typical appointment, and ours.

A side-by-side view of what changes when an appointment isn't rushed.
