FAQ

Questions patients ask first.

Can't find your answer? Call the clinic and a coordinator will help.
Do I need a referral?
+
No. You can book directly. If you have recent results or letters from another doctor, bring them along or upload them before your visit.
Does this replace my NHS GP?
+
No. We work alongside your NHS GP and, with your permission, send them a summary after each appointment.
How much does it cost?
+
Fees depend on the appointment and are set by the clinic. Every price is confirmed before you book. (Placeholder: add the fee table.)
Can I choose my doctor?
+
Yes. You choose a named GP when you join and see them at every appointment, unless you ask to change.
What if I have urgent symptoms?
+
We are not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing or other urgent symptoms, call your local emergency number.
