Linden House
A family home for a sloping woodland plot. Board-marked concrete anchors the house into the hill; a timber upper floor opens to the canopy, with a long oriel window over the kitchen that catches the morning sun.

Weeks 1–2
Listen
We visit the site, survey what is there and write a brief with you: rooms, routines, budget and the feeling you are after.

Weeks 3–8
Imagine
Sketches, models and light studies turn the brief into two or three clear directions, each with an honest cost plan.

Months 3–6
Resolve
We secure planning, then detail every junction, finish and fitting so builders can price accurately and build without guesswork.

On site
Build
Fortnightly site visits, a shared progress log and a snagging walk-through before we hand you the keys.

The real test is the second winter.
They spent the first meeting asking how we cook, where the kids do homework and which window the dog sits at. Two years in, every one of those answers is in the house.
