Places people love coming home to.

A selection of recent homes, renovations and workplaces. Each started with a conversation about how the people inside wanted to live and work.
Concrete and timber house set among mature trees
Featured project

Linden House

A family home for a sloping woodland plot. Board-marked concrete anchors the house into the hill; a timber upper floor opens to the canopy, with a long oriel window over the kitchen that catches the morning sun.

Clients

The real test is the second winter.

They spent the first meeting asking how we cook, where the kids do homework and which window the dog sits at. Two years in, every one of those answers is in the house.

Linden House, new build
Our terrace was dark and cut into tiny rooms. Oriel took one wall out, added a rooflight over the stairs and somehow the whole house feels twice the size.

Mill Lane, renovation
Design and build meant one number and one phone call. The studio came in on budget and two weeks early — I still don't quite believe it.
