BATHHOUSE
Hot rooms, a cold plunge and a long, warm pool, used in whatever order feels right. Slots start on the hour and are capped at 24 guests, so there is always a free lounger.
01 — The rooms
Four rooms, one slow loop
Most guests go round three times: ten to fifteen minutes of heat, a short cold plunge, then rest by the pool. Drink water between rounds — there is a tea and water station on every level.
Cedar sauna

Dry heat with a hand-poured löyly on the hour. Benches at three heights.
Eucalyptus steam

Wet heat scented with eucalyptus and mint. Gentle on the lungs, good after a long flight.
Cold plunge

Thirty seconds is plenty. A bucket shower next door if you would rather ease in.
Warm pool

Twenty metres for slow lengths or just floating, with heated loungers along the glass.

Bring a swimsuit. We have the rest.
Swimwear
Required in every room. Forgot yours? We sell simple black sets at reception.
Robe, towels, slippers
Waiting in your locker, along with shampoo, body wash and a hairdryer station.
Arrive 15 minutes early
Time to change and take the tour. Your two hours start when you reach the pool.
Phones stay in lockers
The bathhouse is a quiet space. Talk softly; the garden room is for chatting.
Check with your doctor
If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, ask a doctor before using heat or cold.

Every day of the week, so the house stays calm from open to close.
