Every treatment starts with a short conversation and ends with time in the rest room. Prices include use of the bathhouse for an hour afterwards.
01 — Facials
Facials led by your skin, not a script
Your therapist reads your skin before choosing oils, acids or enzymes. Expect warm towels, a long facial massage and no hard sell at the end.
Tidehouse signature facial

Double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, steam, extractions if needed and a 20-minute lifting massage.
Renewal facial with enzyme peel
75 min · $150
A fruit-enzyme peel for dull or congested skin, followed by a calming mask and LED light.
Express glow
30 min · $70
Cleanse, mask and massage for a lunch break or before an evening out.
02 — Massage
Pressure you choose, rhythm we keep slow
All massages use warmed, unscented oil unless you pick an aroma blend. Tell us where you hold tension and we will spend the time there.
Deep tissue massage
60 min · $110
Slow, firm work through the back, neck and shoulders. Also available as 90 minutes for $155.
Hot stone ritual
90 min · $165
Heated basalt stones and long strokes melt tension before a scalp massage to finish.
Pregnancy massage
60 min · $115
Side-lying, fully supported and gentle, from the second trimester onwards.
03 — Body rituals
Scrubbed, wrapped and rinsed warm
Full-body treatments in our wet room, finished with a warm rain shower and a balm massaged into still-damp skin.
Sea salt polish
45 min · $95
Coarse salt and cold-pressed oil buffed in with mitts, then rinsed under a rain shower.
Body polish & seaweed wrap
75 min · $140
The polish above, then a mineral wrap while your scalp and feet are massaged.
Half-day retreat
4 hours · $295
Bathhouse circuit, polish and wrap, a 60-minute massage and lunch in the garden room.
04 — Hands & feet
Clean, natural finishes with time to dry
Done in reclining chairs by the window, with a warm soak, a scrub and a long hand or foot massage before any polish goes on.
Hand ritual

Soak, cuticle care, shaping, a paraffin glove and your choice of polish or buff.
Foot ritual
60 min · $80
Mineral foot bath, hard-skin care, a 15-minute reflexology-style massage and polish.
Hands & feet together

Both rituals with two therapists working at once, so it takes half the time.
