We are a five-minute walk from Harbour station, at the far end of the quay. The harbour car park opposite is free for three hours with your receipt.
It is my first visit — what should I book?
Most first-timers choose the ritual day, or a bathhouse slot followed by a 60-minute massage. Pick “Not sure yet” in the form and we will suggest something.
I am pregnant or have a health condition. Can I come?
Usually, yes. Tell us in the notes field and check with your doctor first. We offer pregnancy massage from the second trimester, and we will suggest skipping the hottest rooms.
Is the house accessible?
There is a lift to every floor, an accessible changing room and a hoist at the pool. Let us know when you book and a host will meet you at the door.
Can we come as a group?
Up to six guests can book together in the form. For larger groups, or the whole bathhouse after hours, choose private hire on the bathhouse page.
