About prices and paying
Anything else, call the desk or send a note with your booking request.
Do I pay when I book?
No. We confirm your time by email and take payment at the desk on the day. Treatments over $150 need a card to hold the booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge half the treatment price; bathhouse slots can always be moved once.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — up to two months a year for travel or illness, with no fee. Your monthly treatment rolls over while the membership is paused.
Do you have couples' treatments?
Room six fits two tables side by side. Any massage or facial can be booked for two at the same price per person.
