Good questions

What people usually ask before their first visit. Can’t find it? Write to the team.

Getting started

Yes. Most programmes have a beginner route and every session has options. Start with an intro session so a coach can meet you, understand your goals and suggest a sensible first step.

You’ll talk with a coach about your goals, training history and anything we should know, then move through a short coached session at your level. You’ll leave with a suggested plan and no obligation to join.

Comfortable clothes you can move in, trainers with a flat-ish sole, a water bottle and a towel. If you need anything else, the club will let you know when confirming your visit.

You don’t need to “get fit” before you join. Coaches scale load, range and pace so the session meets you where you are today.

Classes & booking

Live class booking is not connected to this website yet. For now, use the Book an intro form and the club will confirm availability with you directly once the booking system is set up.

No. The timetable shows a sample week to illustrate the rhythm of the club. Live times and capacity will come from the club’s booking system.

Class capacities will be confirmed by MOTIVE before launch. Small Group Training is intentionally kept small so your coach can watch every set.

The club will publish its cancellation and late-arrival policy with the final membership terms. Until then, please ask the team directly.

Memberships

Final pricing will be confirmed by the club. The memberships page shows how plans are structured so you can see which suits you before speaking with the team.

Change, pause and cancellation terms will be set out in the club’s membership agreement before anyone joins. Nothing on this site forms a contract.

Yes, many people do. Ask about combined options when you book your intro.

The studio

The studio address is being finalised and will be published on the Studio page. Contact the team if you’d like to be told when it’s confirmed.

Facilities are listed on the Studio page and will be confirmed by the club before launch.

Transport and parking details will be added to the Studio page once confirmed.

Health & access

Please talk to a qualified health professional first and tell your coach before your session. Coaches can adapt movements, but they don’t diagnose or treat injuries.

Speak with your midwife or doctor first, then let your coach know so they can suggest appropriate options. Specialist pre- and postnatal coaching availability will be confirmed by the club.

Step-free access, accessible toilets and other access details will be confirmed on the Studio page. If you have specific needs, contact the team before your visit so we can prepare.
