Our story
Operations deserves better tools
Inês and Daniel met running operations at a fast-growing logistics company. Every week, the same requests got lost between inboxes, chat threads and a spreadsheet only one person understood.
They built the first version of Plainwork in 2022 to fix that one problem: give every request a home, an owner and a clear next step. Today, more than 1,200 companies use it to run IT, finance, legal and people operations.
We’re a team of 48 across Lisbon, London and remote, and we still build every feature alongside the people who use it every day.
