AI editor in the builder

Switch the builder from Design to AI to change the page by describing what you want.

How a request works

  1. Select what the change is about: one element, several, a whole section, or nothing for the whole page.
  2. Type the change, such as "make the hero darker and the button larger" or "add a pricing section with three plans".
  3. The AI answers with edits to the page's elements. They are applied in the builder like your own edits, so undo, layers and the inspector all keep working.

Words like "this", "the second button" or "testimonials" are matched to the right elements before the AI is asked, so it edits what you meant.

How much it may change at once

Every request is graded by how much it touches:

  • Small changes apply at once, with Undo.
  • Medium changes are shown as a preview; you Apply or Discard.
  • Large changes become a plan you read and confirm before anything happens.

Changes outside the open page, such as a theme change, new pages, SEO fields or publishing, always need your confirmation and are checked against your own permissions.

What it can use

  • Images you attach: paste a screenshot or upload a photo and say "make it like this", or ask it to put the image on the page.
  • A Figma link: with a Figma token in AI settings, it reads the linked frame and rebuilds it.
  • The website's own media: for a background video or image, it picks real files from your library.
  • Your brand voice and the site's language for any copy it writes.

Chats and history

Chats are saved to your account, so they follow you to another computer and are never shared with someone else on the same browser. Keep several chats per page. Each change is recorded with what it did and can be undone, even later, from the history.

Models

Pick the model in the panel. Which models are available depends on the providers set up in AI settings.
