This policy explains what personal data Nalam Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (“Nalam”, “we”) collects when you visit our website or restaurants, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
• Booking details: your name, phone number, email address, party size, and any dietary or occasion notes you give us.
• Visit history: which branch you visited, when, and how many guests.
• Messages you send through our contact form.
• Basic analytics about how our website is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your details to hold and manage your reservation, to contact you about changes to it, and to look after you when you arrive — for example, to remember an allergy. If you opt in, we’ll send our monthly newsletter.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run our reservation system and email, under contracts that require them to protect it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for three years after your last visit, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to privacy@nalam.in and we’ll respond within 30 days.
