These terms apply to the Nalam website and to reservations made through it.
Reservations
• A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. Some branches review bookings before confirming them; you’ll see the status on your confirmation.
• Tables are held for 15 minutes after your booking time. After that we may give the table to waiting guests.
• You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to two hours before your booking time using “Manage booking”.
Events and set menus
Event tickets and some set menus are prepaid. Their refund terms are shown on each event before you book.
Prices
Menu prices on this website include GST and may differ slightly between branches. A 10% service charge is added to your bill and may be removed on request.
Website content
Photographs, text and design on this website belong to Nalam Hospitality or are used under licence. Please don’t reuse them without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
