FAQs

Good questions

About Conditioning. More in the full FAQs.

Every interval has scaled options for time, load and movement. Coaches will help you choose an effort level that challenges you without wiping you out.

Low-impact options (bike, rower, step-ups instead of jumps) are always available. Tell your coach at the start of class.
