Overview

About the programme

Coached barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell training built on a simple plan: practise the main lifts, add load when you are ready, and track what you did so next week has a reason.
You have never lifted and want someone to teach you properly.
You lift already and want structure, coaching and a plan that progresses.
You are returning after time away and want to rebuild with care.

Outcomes

What you build

Through Strength Foundations and Strength Club.
01

Technique you can trust

Squat, hinge, press, pull and carry patterns, coached rep by rep until they feel familiar.
02

A plan with memory

Blocks of four to six weeks so you repeat lifts, log them and see progress over time.
03

Load that suits the day

Every session has a heavier and a lighter option. You choose with your coach, not your ego.

No. Strength Foundations exists for exactly this. Coaches teach each movement from the start and offer simpler variations until you are comfortable.

Training goals differ person to person, and how your body responds depends on many factors including nutrition and genetics. Our focus is on moving well and getting stronger at a pace that suits you.
